It doesn’t matter if you have a full home studio or your living room rug, you can do Pilates! By working hard and staying consistent, my clients continue to reach their goals and have fun too! One of the joys of teaching live virtual sessions is getting to meet clients’ Pilates “assistants” including dogs, cats, children, and partners. Both in 1:1 sessions and our small group classes, we build a strong relationship together. You will be able to ask questions specific to you and your body, get clarification on the exercises we practice, and tailor the movements to fit what feels good to you. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and confident in your body!
